By accessing or using Deal a Lead, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

The Service is intended for professional use by individuals and businesses active in the real estate industry, including builders, property owners, dealers, and brokers.

• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
• By using the Service, you confirm that you have the authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or the organization you represent.

3. Description of the Service

Deal a Lead is a B2B platform that helps real estate professionals manage deals, inventory, and commissions. It is not a public property listing portal and does not guarantee any sale, booking, or income.

The Service may include, but is not limited to:

• Tools for builders and listers to publish and manage inventory.
• Tools for dealers and brokers to view, request access to, and manage project-related leads.
• Deal status tracking from discovery to token, freeze, and payout.
• Communication features between verified users of the platform.

We may add, modify, or remove features from time to time without prior notice, as long as the core Service remains available in a reasonable manner.

4. Accounts & Registration

To use certain features of Deal a Lead, you may need to create an account and provide accurate and complete information about yourself or your business.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for all activities under your account.
• You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we believe that you have violated these Terms or misused the Service.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Deal a Lead only for lawful and professional purposes. You must not:

• Upload false, misleading, or fraudulent property information, deals, or personal details.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
• Use the Service to send spam, unsolicited messages, or harassing content.
• Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or compromise the security of the Service or other users' accounts.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.

6. Listings, Deals & Commissions

Builders, property owners, and dealers are solely responsible for the accuracy of the information they upload to the platform, including property details, prices, and deal terms.

The deal tracking and commission features are intended to help document activity and reduce conflict. However:

• Deal a Lead does not act as a broker, agent, or financial intermediary.
• We do not guarantee that any particular deal will close or that any commission will be paid.
• All final agreements, payouts, and legal obligations are between the parties involved in the deal (e.g., builder and dealer), not with Bajasu Technologies.

7. Payments & Fees

Deal a Lead may offer paid plans, subscriptions, or value-added services in the future. If you purchase any paid service:

• You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize us or our payment partners to charge you as per the selected plan.
• Any pricing, billing cycle, and refund policies will be clearly displayed at the time of purchase or inside the app or website.

If you install Deal a Lead from Google Play or the Apple App Store, some payments may be processed by Google or Apple under their own terms and policies.

8. User Content & Responsibility

"User Content" includes any data, text, images, documents, or other material submitted or uploaded by you to the Service.

• You retain ownership of your User Content, but you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to use, store, and display it for operating the Service.
• You are fully responsible for ensuring that your User Content does not violate any laws, third-party rights, or confidentiality obligations.
• We may remove or restrict access to any User Content that we reasonably believe violates these Terms or applicable law.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

We care about the privacy and security of your data. Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

By using Deal a Lead, you consent to the collection and use of your information in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

10. Third-Party Services & Links

The Service may include integrations with or links to third-party tools, websites, or services. We do not control and are not responsible for such third-party services.

Your use of third-party services is subject to their own terms and policies, not ours.

11. Disclaimers

• We do not provide legal, financial, or tax advice. You should consult professional advisors for such matters.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bajasu Technologies and its directors, employees, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will be limited to the amount you have paid to us, if any, for the use of the Service in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bajasu Technologies and its directors, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of:

• Your use or misuse of the Service.
• Your violation of these Terms.
• Any dispute between you and other users, clients, builders, or third parties.

14. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we believe that:

• You have violated these Terms.
• Your use of the Service may cause harm or risk to us, other users, or third parties.
• We are required to do so by law, regulation, or a government request.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately stop, but certain Sections of these Terms (including limitations of liability and indemnity) will continue to apply.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Service after any changes means you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree, you should stop using the Service.
