How Dealalead Was Born
Dealalead started with listening.
Over multiple conversations with builders, property owners, and brokers across India — Delhi, Noida, Faridabad, Gurgaon — we heard the same story again and again:
- Brokers pitching the same flat to the same client without knowing
- Hours wasted chasing builders for inventory updates
- Commission disputes that ruined long-standing relationships

Most brokers told us:

The name "Bajasu" is inspired by the divine trio of Jagannath — Balabhadra, Subhadra, and Jagannath. Three letters, three energies: strength, protection, and clarity. That same balance guides everything we build.
Led by Rakesh Kumar, a product-focused founder who believes in building long-term tools, not short-term hacks.
