This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which Bajasu Technologies ("DealaLead", "we", "our") handles subscription cancellations, billing errors, and refunds for our software services.
By subscribing to or using any paid features of DealaLead, you agree to the terms laid out in this policy.
2. Real Estate Transactions & Commissions
Crucial Notice: DealaLead is a software tool, not a financial intermediary.
- We do not process, hold, or transfer any token money, property payments, or real estate commissions between Builders, Owners, and Dealers.
- Consequently, we cannot and will not issue refunds for any real estate deals, failed transactions, or disputed commissions.
- Any financial disputes regarding property transactions must be settled directly between the parties involved.
3. Subscription Cancellations
If you are subscribed to a paid premium plan on DealaLead, you have full control over your subscription:
- Cancel Anytime: You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or the respective app store.
- Access Until End of Cycle: If you cancel, you will not be billed for the next cycle. You will continue to have access to premium features until the end of your current paid billing period.
4. Software Subscription Refunds
Because DealaLead offers a fully functional Free Tier allowing you to test the platform before upgrading, all subscription payments are generally non-refundable.
- We do not provide prorated refunds for mid-cycle cancellations.
- We do not offer refunds for "unused" time if you forget to cancel your subscription.
5. App Store & Google Play Purchases
If you purchased your DealaLead subscription via the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, your transaction is managed entirely by Apple or Google.
- We do not have the ability to process refunds for Apple or Google billing.
- To request a refund for an iOS purchase, please visit Apple's support page.
- To request a refund for an Android purchase, please visit Google Play's support page.
6. Billing Errors
If you believe you have been charged in error (e.g., a duplicate charge due to a system glitch on our direct web billing), please contact us within 7 days of the charge. We will investigate the issue and, if an error is verified on our end, we will issue a full refund for the erroneous charge.
